Founded in 1988, JIT Services was established to provide vendor managed inventory solutions for Chrysler’s Electronics facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Our systems were specifically built to support a $1 billion operation with efficient, just-in-time deliveries—a foundation that continues to drive our service model today.
Today, we operate three strategic warehouse locations and support operations across Alabama and Guadalajara, Mexico, with a lean, highly efficient team of over 100 employees. Our approach to distribution and fulfillmentemphasizes waste elimination, real-time visibility, and adaptable solutions tailored to each client.
Each facility is optimized using advanced warehouse techniques, including RF scanner technology and error-proofing methods that reduce risk and increase accuracy throughout the inventory cycle. Our proprietary inventory management system enables flexible, real-time inventory control and provides clients with immediate access to detailed reports, including clear-to-build status, transaction history, and aging summaries—available via the client login portal.
